As an executive coach, Joe offers personalized guidance to help individuals succeed in their current role or to prepare them for a new leadership role. He also helps leaders find ways to communicate more effectively, transform their leadership potential to lead more confidently, and develop higher-performing teams.
Mentoring
“Your Two Minute Mentor” debuted in January 2025 and its goal is to share Joe’s thoughts on strategic vision, leadership and management in small, easy to digest bites of advice.
Facilitation Services
Joe provides facilitation and partnering services for engineering and construction projects. He also provides facilitation services for pre-design and design review charrettes, as well as strategic planning and corporate retreats.

Joseph “Joe” Uno has a passion for Visionary Leadership and Strategic Change. He is dedicated to bringing his experience as a successful leader in both the For Profit and Not for Profit sectors to the world’s younger leaders.
Joe recently sold his successful construction consulting firm which he founded, managed and grew from a sole proprietor to a multi-million-dollar, twenty-person firm that has become the market sector leader in the Pacific. J. Uno & Associates is well-known as the go-to construction cost consulting firm by most of the local as well as multi-national architectural and engineering firms in the region.
In March 2025, Joe became a Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching.
